Rowan Kelly - Managing Director

Rowan is responsible for the strategic direction of the business and has been implementing technology solutions for sales and marketing since 1989, beginning with advertising agency, BBDO in Melbourne, before moving to Clemenger in Sydney.

In 1992 he joined Tony Carr & Associates, then Australia's largest independent direct marketing agency, where he established and managed their call/data centre, building revenue to over $1m pa prior to the business being sold in 1996.

Rowan founded switched-on group in 1997, principally as a database marketing company developing CRM and Sales Force Automation applications before adding strategic and creative resources to create a unique direct marketing business model.

Nicole Godfrey - Group Account Director

Nicole leads the client service team and is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic direct marketing programs at switched-on group.

With more than ten years experience, Nicole's strengths lie in her ability to deliver campaigns yielding measurable results and boosting client's bottom lines. Nicole has engineered and executed successful campaigns and loyalty programs for some of Australia's leading brands and not-for-profit organisations.

She holds Graduate and Post Graduate qualifications in business marketing from Swinburne University.
