Runway OpenBuild overcomes the biggest CRM problem - user compliance
Runway has been the CRM and e-marketing system of choice for many of our clients, including Dennis Family Homes, KingGee and ActewAGL. However, usage reports alerted our clients to the fact that too many sales reps were bypassing the system.

Training time has reduced from one and a half days to two hours. This has strengthened the sales focus of the reps and in turn yielded more sales.
