ITX are one of Australia's largest distributors of IT products, representing major brands such as Sun, Oracle and Wyse.
The e-marketing development includes personalised Flash animations aimed at IT resellers and professionals involved in the acquisition and installation of IT products and services.
"We use animation to tell a story, usually with an undercurrent of humor. The animation has the effect of cutting through the other e-marketing noise, providing an entertaining method of conveying the products key attributes," said Rowan Kelly of switched-on group.
"Long-sequence animations really stand out from the crowd. Viewership is, on average, between 30 - 50% of people targeted with animations, with the added benefit of attracting an additional audience through the forwarding of the animation to other colleagues. Combined with telemarketing, we can ensure that awareness either via the phone call, animation or both is above 70% of prospects targeted, with appointment setting rates of between 8% - 20%."
All ITX animations are personalised and trackable using our unique Runway e-marketing software system; we know who looked at them, what they were interested in and what action they'd like to happen next.
